Prepare by taking the SAT and ACT!

BGHS will administer the SAT during the spring of each student’s junior year free of cost. If your student wants to take the test at any other time to improve a score visit College Board to see recent score, and locate upcoming SAT tests. The ACT (American College Test) is another one of the most important components of the college admission process, along with high school course rigor and the grades earned in them.  Plus, higher scores on these tests can often lead to more merit-based financial awards from colleges.   As always, encourage your student to see their school counselor with any questions and support.
